I recorded this on my laptop and it's a somewhat accurate representation. I'm no longer getting dents in muscle mass and I survived the weekend without losing gains. Still just getting enough protein, calories, and maintaining the 5x5 routine, and it hasn't been that much time. In the coming months we'll see if I can get buffer, but for now the diet and training seem to be some key components to making gains and holding on to them.
