Trying to rebuild

I'm going to start by saying that the past 4 weeks have been stalling weeks. At the end of week 3 I saw growth, and week 4 could have been worse, but by weeks 5 and 6 it seemed clear I was running into the same mistakes.


On the bright side, I added a 10 minute HIIT session after weights that helps with toning. They do say you can't reduce fat in specific areas of the body, but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense based on my experience. I used to do planks that shrank my arms more than anything, and now I'm doing half hollow-body holds (only lower body) and my arms aren't affected. It's true you do lose weight overall with exercise, but at the same time whatever part of the body is being worked will see more pronounced weight loss or muscle growth.


The withdrawal I'm going through this time lasts approximately 6 days. Today is the 5th day. So, tomorrow and next week I'll be returning to a larger size or at least responding to workouts. I might post at some point next week, but likely it's going to be on Sunday (if I see progress compared to the last update).
