Update on progress

In light of recent changes in my diet that promote muscle growth, I could see mass go a few steps further. As I mentioned, I switched things up during the holidays, but the aftermath of certain things has reversed the situation. I'm regaining muscle 1 step at a time and by the end of next week should be where I was around new years.

I was going to quit calisthenics and try lifting weights. But, I've made decent progress with bodyweight training and want to stay consistent with the routine because it works. I've considered progressions, but I'm not sure that's going to be necessary until I get my calisthenics workout station this month: https://www.amazon.com/Multi-function-Station-Strength-Training-Equipment/dp/B0CJG2TG7P/ref=sr_1_51?crid=3FLJV5P1N8FRY&keywords=power%2Brack%2Bfor%2Bcalisthenics&qid=1701334205&sprefix=power%2Brack%2Bfor%2Bcalisthenics%2Caps%2C73&sr=8-51&th=1&psc=1

I like to give it a month of one approach until I decide if it's best. If I see no progress without progressions, I can modify the workout.

I've been blasting some stomach fat also, and to that I say it's a time to celebrate fruits, potassium, and bromelain. Real effective for weight loss. The diet has been promoting testosterone, so that means more strength for my workouts, and energy. You might also say I have the smoothest hair in town.

I won't post a video because the last one I recorded showed few gains more than the last one. But in the coming weeks there might be something to show.
