Due to overtraining, I lost the gains I made in my progress update after about 3 days. I'm through the overtraining now and am trying to build back some size. Today's workout went well (no atrophy), and if things go as expected I should see some really good results for the workout in 2 days.
If that doesn't work, my next progression should land on a day I'm expecting might be optimal, but if I can't hold on to gains I'll have to re-evaluate what I'm doing. However, I don't think there should be any issue with muscle atrophy going forward. The progressions timing is right, the routine is solid, and the diet works...
