I've read a lot of testosterone "top 5/top 10" articles that make claims that sesame lowers testosterone. Let's take a look at the science.
'Studies in Medical Science' published some research on the effects of testosterone and fertility in adult male rats. In a 30-60 day experiment, they measured sex hormones based on a 70% standard/ 30% sesame seed diet.

By the end of the 60 days, researchers concluded a "positive effect on pituitary-gonadal axis" that increased the amount of testosterone.
You don't have to believe everything you read and see, but at the end of the day, we have to look at what the research says and make judgements based on the numbers.
