As I said in my bio, I'll be tracking fitness progress over time when I'm not making mistakes. This is me after a couple of the new workouts on a good day. The photo is honestly a watered down version of my results currently, but the shred is visible.

Basically my diet is as follow:
3000 cals a day
100g protein
Maybe 200g of fat
Low carbs
I follow the Stronglifts routine but I'm in the early stages. Most of my lifts are about 30 lbs, and that's not much for some exercises (I can lift a lot more but I don't have the plates currently and am buying more), however the app says you add 5 lbs per workout, so I'll be lifting quite a bit in a year if I don't plateau.
