Modified diet

I'm downscaling the calories to 2500 from 3400. As much as I like the impact of a high calorie diet for bulk, I don't look as shredded. So for the moment, it's going to be less olive oil so that I can attain a more balanced physique.




Otherwise I have noticed that beef is contributing in large part to my gains (a dietary switch that started with the 4x3). If I consume 1 1/2 large pork chops, after my second meal I just grow. A good tip, although chicken is said to be the gold standard (even if I didn't get nearly as much size from it).


That's it for now, just a brief diet modification. I'll post if I see more growth.
