Getting back into cold showers

I've been taking cold showers for close to a couple of weeks, but honestly I wasn't seeing the benefits of muscle mass that bodybuilders praise it for.



But today I started targeting my arms, and the results when I stepped out were impressive. It was as if I had just done a workout on my off day (my biceps seemed fuller and thicker).


So here's what I do:


  • 5 minutes

  • 30-60 second intervals per arm

  • Targeting biceps, triceps, and shoulders


You can do 10 minutes (that would be the ideal), but personally I don't have the patience for it at the moment. It's not even spring yet, but as soon as it gets warmer I'll be adding time...
