I've been applying calisthenics time under tension techniques for about a month and a half. For the past 3 weeks I've been doing progressions properly, and luckily I'm holding on to gains. But the problem is that I'm not growing or seeing progress. I tend to look pumped the day of the workout and the day after, but the progressions aren't pushing me further.
Calisthenics is effective but I'm not seeing the point in it right now. I maintain a high protein diet and get decent calories, and I train properly. So, what to do? Stay the same size?

I was lifting weights for a time but I didn't know what I was doing. Now I have more training knowhow and the best principles to utilize, which are the same across most resistance type exercises. So, it's time to take out my barbell and try some compound lifts using my previous and somewhat modified routine:
Workout:
Barbell rows (underhand grip) 3x4
Overhead press 3x4
Squat 3x4
Bench press 3x4
3 minutes rest between sets
Full body 4x a week
Weight lifting should provide me with more growth than calisthenics, however I have heard that calisthenics is better for an aesthetic look, which I thought weights might not be able to provide totally. I guess we'll see tomorrow.
